Fireproof Board (Grade A)
Class A fireproof rating with ultra-low deformation rate
Quick Specifications
Product Overview
Grade A Fireproof Board represents the highest standard in fire-resistant decorative panels, manufactured using specialized non-combustible core materials and fire-retardant resin systems. The production process involves impregnating multiple layers of specially treated kraft paper with modified phenolic resin containing fire-retardant additives, then laminating under high pressure (120-150 kg/cm²) and temperature (160-180°C). The result is a dense, homogeneous panel with exceptional fire resistance (Class A per GB 8624-2012), achieving flame spread index ≤25 and smoke development ≤450. With ultra-low thermal deformation rate (<0.2% at 200°C), this product maintains structural integrity during fire events. The high-density core (≥1.45 g/cm³) provides excellent impact resistance and dimensional stability. Available in thicknesses from 6mm to 20mm, suitable for high-rise building interiors, public transportation facilities, commercial complexes, and any application requiring strict fire safety compliance. Meets international standards including NFPA 286, EN 13501-1 (Class B-s1,d0), ASTM E84, and Chinese GB 8624-2012 Class A1. Zero halogen formulation ensures low toxicity and minimal smoke generation during combustion.

Applications
High-Rise Buildings & Skyscrapers
PermanentEssential for elevator shafts, stairwell walls, escape corridors, and lobby areas in buildings over 24 meters height. The Class A fire rating meets strict building codes for high-rise construction. Ultra-low deformation rate ensures panels remain flat and functional during fire events, maintaining escape route integrity. Typical installations include elevator car interiors, shaft walls, stairwell cladding, and corridor wall panels. Resists flame spread and generates minimal smoke, critical for occupant evacuation. Complies with high-rise fire safety regulations in major cities worldwide. Used in residential towers, office buildings, hotels, and mixed-use developments.
Transportation Hubs & Public Spaces
Heavy UseMandatory for airports, train stations, metro stations, and bus terminals where large crowds require maximum fire safety. Used for wall cladding, ceiling panels, column wraps, and partition systems in public areas. The non-combustible core and low smoke generation meet stringent public safety standards. Typical applications include departure halls, ticketing areas, waiting lounges, retail zones, and underground passages. Withstands high traffic while maintaining fire protection. Meets IMO standards for marine terminals and NFPA requirements for public assembly spaces.
Hotels & Hospitality
Heavy UseWidely adopted in hotel corridors, guest room entry areas, lobby feature walls, and back-of-house spaces. Fire safety regulations for hotels require Class A materials in egress paths and public areas. The decorative surface allows aesthetic design while meeting code requirements. Common installations include corridor wall panels, elevator lobby cladding, stairwell finishes, and service area walls. Maintains appearance under 24/7 operation. Used in luxury hotels, budget chains, resorts, and serviced apartments.
Healthcare Facilities
Heavy UseCritical for hospitals, clinics, and medical centers where patient safety demands non-combustible materials. Applied in patient corridors, operating room surrounds, ICU areas, and emergency departments. The low smoke toxicity protects vulnerable patients during fire events. Typical uses include corridor walls, nurse station surrounds, equipment alcoves, and stairwell enclosures. Meets healthcare facility fire safety codes including NFPA 101 Life Safety Code. Easy to clean and disinfect for infection control.
