Product Overview

Chemical Resistant Compact Board (理化板) is a high-performance decorative panel manufactured through high-pressure lamination technology. Multiple layers of kraft paper impregnated with phenolic resin are compressed under heat (150°C) and pressure (1430 PSI/100 kg/cm²) to create a dense, homogeneous core. The surface features a specialized chemical-resistant overlay that provides exceptional resistance to acids (pH 1-3), bases (pH 11-14), and organic solvents. This advanced manufacturing process results in a non-porous, self-supporting panel with superior mechanical strength and chemical durability. Ideal for laboratory countertops, hospital furniture, pharmaceutical facilities, and industrial workstations where chemical exposure is frequent. The product meets international standards including EN 438, NFPA 286, and GB/T 7911-2013.
