Do you provide samples?

Yes. We provide free A4-size samples (up to 5 per request) for standard products. Custom sample production incurs a fee, refundable upon order placement. Request samples through our website or contact your sales representative.
What are your lead times for standard products?

Standard products ship within 7-14 days for stock items. Custom orders require 4-6 weeks. International shipping adds 2-4 weeks depending on destination. We offer expedited production for urgent projects.
Can you match custom colors or patterns?

Yes. We offer custom color matching (RAL, Pantone, or physical samples) and can replicate wood grain, stone, fabric, or any pattern you provide. Lead time for custom orders is typically 4-6 weeks after sample approval.
What is the minimum order quantity?

MOQ varies by product type: 100 sheets for standard colors/patterns, 300 sheets for custom colors, and 500 sheets for custom patterns. Contact our sales team for specific requirements and volume discounts.
Can HPL be used in high-moisture environments?

Standard HPL has moderate moisture resistance suitable for most interior applications. For high-moisture areas like bathrooms and kitchens, we recommend Compact Board with sealed edges or specialized moisture-resistant HPL grades.
What is the chemical resistance of your HPL?

Our HPL resists most household chemicals, mild acids, alkalis, and solvents. Chemical Resistant HPL grades offer enhanced protection against laboratory chemicals, industrial cleaners, and food processing agents. Consult our chemical resistance chart for specific substances.
